We currently do not have contracts with any health insurance companies. The price list is designed in such a way that you will not even notice it.The only price difference with us is that you pay for the preventive check-up. If you are interested in our price list, you can view it here:After completing the preventive examination, we will issue you a certificate that can be used to apply for benefits from your health insurance company.Benefits for you:If you missed your preventive check-up appointment in the previous calendar year, the price of the treatment remains the same, you pay nothing.We will examine you when it suits you.

What are the waiting times for treatment?

Treatment dates are available according to the length of treatment and the current workload of doctors.We handle acute treatment within 24-48 hours .Longer terms are usually available within 1 to 2 weeks .

Why is there a fee for booking an appointment?

Booking a treatment appointment is actually free of charge . The amount you pay when booking serves as a deposit and is deducted in full from the price of the treatment.You will only pay the remaining amount on site.Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 5 days before the procedure. We use the deposit to prevent blocking of appointments and abuse of the reservation system.

Yes , we treat pediatric patients in the same way as adult patients, exclusively under local anesthesia.

Yes we have emergency serviceWe currently provide emergency service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday . If you are interested, please do not hesitate to order via our form or by phone from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM .

Acute Care: If you have a sudden problem, such as severe pain, injury, or unexpected complications, we also offer acute care, which can be provided outside of regular office hours. We strive to respond as quickly as possible to provide you with relief and resolve your problem as soon as possible.Initial examination: If you come to us as a new patient, you will undergo an initial examination, i.e. we will answer your questions and propose the most appropriate treatment plan. We try to understand your expectations, needs and find a solution.Preventive examination: Performed: adults once a year, children twice a year, pregnant patients twice during pregnancyConsultation/second opinion: Do you need advice about your problem/are you interested in a second opinion even if you are not our patient?Dental hygiene: It is suitable for patients in whom we have detected gingivitis , the presence of tartar, or other problems that require regular care during the examination. We recommend visiting the dental hygiene: 2 times a year, or 1 time a year if your hygiene is satisfactory and there are no serious problems.Dental hygiene helps prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and maintains oral health. Treatment time 1 hour: Suitable for patients who know they have a specific problem (e.g. tooth decay, damaged filling, etc.), or if we have recommended a specific treatment during your preventive check-up.2-hour treatment appointment: Suitable for patients with more serious or extensive problems that require more time and precision in treatment. This includes root canal treatment, more complex tooth repairs, or situations where multiple cavities need to be treated at once.
