Agree to the terms and conditions of booking an appointment

Booking an appointment is binding and is subject to payment of a reservation fee. This fee will be deducted in full from the price of the subsequent treatment.

The patient will be notified by SMS approximately 7 days before the treatment date.

Cancellation or change of date is free of charge no later than 5 days before the agreed date.

In case of cancellation of the appointment less than 72 hours before the treatment, failure to show up for the appointment, or failure to use the reservation for any reason, the reservation fee is forfeited in full and is non-refundable.

The Provider reserves the right to apply these terms and conditions regardless of the delivery or non-delivery of the SMS notification.

By submitting a reservation, the patient confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
